- Engage, engage, engage! Keep it interesting, remember that it’s a person that will be reading your grant application, so make sure you grab their attention from the get go to stand out from the crowd.
- Essay format works well. Each point has a key statement to be supported by facts and data, with a continued reference to a catchy introduction.
- Strong introduction, snappy conclusion. Make sure you capture them early on and hold their attention. There is no B if they don’t get past A. Tie conclusion back to initial point to encapsulate your project.
