Our Goal
We bring together experienced and passionate waste industry professionals and give them an opportunity to deliver best practice to the areas of waste business that are often overlooked. We are a remote team with members operating from different corners of Australia and support operations located across the country.
Our Background
Our backgrounds are in commercial waste, local government, corporate finance and governance, business administration, and waste education. We pride ourselves on embracing any opportunity to work with the best; be it expert collaborators, flexible part-time parents or full-time waste and industry fanatics.
MEET THE TEAM
Lacey Webb
Lacey Webb has 15 years’ experience in Waste & Resource Recovery and as a CPA and industry CFO, is dedicated to leading our company values and delivering targeted solutions to our clients and to the clients of the consultancy firms that we service across Australia.
Furthermore, Lacey is one of Australia’s foremost authorities on waste levy regulation across Qld, NSW, Vic and WA, and is a leader in defining and implementing data and process standards across the industry.
She also is a keen collector of bright red shoes.
Jess Aitken
Jess Aitken is an award-winning (WRIQ Waste Administrator of the Year) Waste Management and Finance professional with 11 years in commercial resource recovery and concrete recycling, within both operations and corporate office roles.
Additionally, Jess’ broad-ranging skills in this industry include system training and data analysis, with experience as an implementation consultant and trainer with Australia’s leading waste management technology firm.
Jess is Gold Coast based, supporting Councils all over Australia, while studying for her accountancy degree.
Mimmi Hetorp
Mimmi Hetorp is a results-driven and creative marketing and crowdfunding professional, specialising in strategy and brand growth through digital marketing and content creation.
With a background in the start-up and not-for-profit sector, Mimmi brings 8 years of marketing experience and a passion to help realise the Resource Hub brand’s full potential by uncovering hidden marketing opportunities and ensuring consistency across the board.
She is the first of our team members to work off-shore, from Sweden, in her converted stable home.
Selena Ferguson
Selena Ferguson is an environmental engineer who brings a pragmatic and optimistic approach to solving resource recovery and waste resource management problems.
She specialises in industry adaptability, process analysis, and technical attention to detail. Selena is inspired to help clients uncover opportunities which mutually benefit environmental compliance, risk mitigation, and profit requirements. She also comes with valuable experience working within the Waste Recycling Industry Association Queensland (WRIQ) team, where she played an integral part in delivering high quality, safe and sustainable services to government, business, and the general public.
Selena loves making pizza, participating in triathlons and has been a Scout for 15 years!
Megan Anstice
Megan Anstice has extensive experience in busy project management teams in both government and private sectors in Australia as well as the UK and is indispensable in supporting the Resource Hub team and our clients.
Not only does she manage our internal sales requirements but given her experience in document management, she also delivers tender management services to our clients.
Megan is a passionate environmental warrior and is often found shopping at zero waste stores for recycled earrings.
Tina Blair
Tina Blair comes from a corporate background with valuable insights into project management, marketing and the evolving digital and media landscape, as well as content management, copywriting, and production.
Tina brings a different flavour to the team, striving to bring new consistencies to the Resource Hub voice across all digital channels and marketing materials.
We also love that she speaks a bunch of languages, loves rock climbing and good design, and decorates a mean cake.
Eliza Smith
Eliza Smith has been organising people and streamlining processes in a broad spectrum of business for over 15 years, managing offices within non-profits, retail, large commercial organisations as well as her own small business.
Bringing a depth of experience, effective solutions, and efficiency in administrative management, communications and systems automation, Eliza wrangles the RH team by being organised, pragmatic, solving problems and finding/creating efficiencies.
Her core role is to be in charge of keeping the director in line, keeping the ship moving and organised.

Eco with Grace
Having worked across the Australian waste and resource recovery sector for the past 7 years Grace has a deep understanding of what has and hasn’t worked in waste behaviour change. Eco with Grace supports waste conscious organisations solve the people and operational challenges of reducing waste using evidence-based and intuitive approaches to behaviour change.
Grace started out as an employee of Resource Hub, during which time she found her calling in branching out to start her own consultancy, Eco with Grace. We, at Resource Hub, could not be prouder to be supporting another talented female waste consultant in Grace.
Sam Wylie
Sam is an enterprising waste and resource recovery innovator with a background in journalism and a knack for grants and tender writing. We love bringing Sam on projects as he offers a wide range of skills and heaps of experience.
Having managed all aspects of commercial and municipal waste supply chains – from collections services to resource recovery/recycling to landfill operation, for both Local Government and private sector – Sam has a wealth of experience and industrial insight which he has used to initiate and oversee state of the art waste and resource recovery infrastructure projects to revolutionise material diversion capabilities of contract clients.
Harbak
We have partnered with the team at Harbak on a number of successful projects. At Harbak, they believe that sound market research and analysis, coupled with good communication, improves their clients’ opportunities to win new business. They offer a range of services that complements what we do at Resource Hub, such as market research, client-side procurement, strategy and business review, preparation of development applications, technical advice, and much more.
Lytton Advisory
Lytton Advisory is an Australian-owned advisory service offering expert analysis and advice to firms and governments on capital strategies. They understand the Waste management industry both in Australia and South Pacific and support our team at Resource Hub to deliver financial and economic modelling to clients, particularly council clients. Their ability to provide high quality, objective, independent, informed and practical advice, broadens the high-quality skill set that we are able to bring to the waste sector.
Mandalay Technologies
Mandalay Technologies is Australia’s leading provider of weighbridge software and data management systems for the waste and resource recovery industry.
The right data is critical to the success of an organisation, as are the processes that utilise and audit that data.
We collaborate with Mandalay to support councils, commercial facilities and communities across Australia to ensure that this data is supported by best practice business processes and alignment with regulatory requirements. We also work closely with Mandalay in supporting disaster response for their clients.
Terra Sana Consultants
Terra Sana Consultants is an environmental consulting firm with a focus on environmental sampling and monitoring, and an innovative approach to solving the modern world challenges, including drone landfill gas detection.
We love working with them to provide holistic audits to clients, where Terra Sana’s work in monitoring, scientific sampling, and process to regulatory compliance from the perspective of material classification, is complemented by Resource Hub’s audits of gatehouse functions, business and operational process, as well as recommendations regarding regulatory compliance.
