What topics can we cover in training?
We regularly deliver weighbridge system and procedure training, waste levy rules, gatehouse best practice and customer service training. We also deliver financial services training specific to waste levy regulatory framworks, Councillor “Intro to waste” training for local government, and Regional Group training to support multiople councils with shared outcomes and costs.
Can we get training materials or reference sheets?
Absolutely. We can provide follow-up reference guides, cheat sheets and tailored SOPs so your team has ongoing resources after the session. We also have industry leading, best roactice competency checklists and train the trsiner packs to support your broader training needs.

How long are the sessions and how are they delivered?
Training at Resource Hub is delivered to suit our clients needs. While we are known for delivering 4-hr and 8-hr bundled training packages, all in person or online sessions can be configured to suit your team and outcomes. We even have a number of 1 hours quick training sessions that are delivered online for incoming managers and coordinators across industry.
We deliver in person large group or in office/onsite training, remote consultant-led workshops online, and regional group training sessions to suit multiple clients. We also now deliver a suite of self-paced digital training for those facilities who need more fleible trining options.
