We often get asked about our regular, repeatable work that we do for our clients, and about how we can help facilities, councils or commercial clients. For those who are keen to understand what we actually do every day here at Resource Hub, here’s a quick lowdown.
We offer a number of services, from consulting projects all the way to picking up the phone and answering a question when you need it. However, we thought it would be interesting to articulate what regular work we see every month, on repeat. So what does a month in the life of Resource Hub look like?
In September alone, the team have:
✅prepared waste levy returns for 16 clients across QLD & NSW
✅collated regulatory reports on behalf of 4 clients
✅submitted new applications for exemption or special regulatory approval for 3 clients
✅prepared audits for 9 facilities
✅written 1 grant response
✅prepared 1 tender response
✅delivered 3 training workshops
✅delivered a major waste levy audit
In addition to our regular Remote Admin work, we’ve:
✅corrected 500 tickets for a handful of clients in their transactional system
✅updated exemption codes in transactional software
✅visited 3 facilities
✅assisted a client in automating communication between their weighbridge system and their financial systems to remove the need for manual interference/intervention
We also received a box with 5 months of till receipts and reconciled them for a small client who didn’t have time to do it themselves, PLUS developed a strategic business case and resource pack for a new client!
These jobs might not come by every month, but every single one of the above are jobs that we will action repeatedly, whether it’s every month, every year, or at regular periodic intervals.
